Amazing customer service, great deal, and fast process. I checked their stock online and found the trailer I thought I needed. I called in and spoke with Steven. Steven was awesome and super helpful. I told him it was for a large side by side, and he asked me for the measurements and took the time to find me the right trailer. The one i picked was wrong, and I learned we needed a beaver tail. Steven found us the right one I needed and had it ready for me with an E-track system installed right away. I was in and out of there with a new trailer in 15 minutes.

I wish all businesses were this easy and simple. I've read a lot about zero turn mowers and was ready to purchase. Through my search online, I came across Reid's Triple T and was hoping to find out as much information online before making the trip out. It turned out to be even easier than that.

I contacted them by email and they confirmed they had the exact zero turn mower I was interested in as well as the add-ons I wanted. Without even having to talk to anyone on the phone, I was given a quote. Now, I don't have any means of hauling something like this and thought it would be easier for them to install the extras I was ordering. Fortunately, they knew someone who would transport the mower and for a reasonable fee, they attached the extra equipment I ordered.

I was ready to make the purchase; I sent them the documents they required and spoke to someone over the phone to do my payment and in just a few hours... I had purchased my new mower and arranged for delivery. They gave me an approximate date for delivery and today it arrived as promised.

I am very happy with the service at Reid's Triple T. In fact, another person from this store emailed me to ensure I had been contacted after my initial email inquiry. They responded to all of my emails immediately and instead of what I thought would take days and ultimately result in me driving to the store (it's far away from me), I never left my house other than to greet the person who delivered the mower.

Bought a 44ft gooseneck trailer custom ordered what I wanted traveled 2400 miles and 6 states to get it. Awsome very competitive pricing,, friendly staff, Travis was there to answer any questions I had no matter if it was 8 in the morning or 11:30 at night. Got there to grab the trailer and was in and out with the paperwork within 10 minutes. They let me fill up my tires and air bags on the truck to prepare the the quest home set up the soft ride hitch for me, very helpful people. I found Reid's a great place to do business. They offered competitive prices without having to waste time going through hype, high pressure sales routine. I know this because I shopped other Mahindra dealers. Additionally, the people there know a lot about what they are selling and do a great job of directing clients to what fits their needs and not what will make the dealership the most money. In short, I found staff to be very straight shooters. I've used a Deere and co own a Kubota. I would have bought a Kubota, but Mahindras are easily $4k to $5k less than a comparable Kubota, and Mahindras don't have particulate filters unless you get the very biggest ones.

Steven was very helpful and their trailers are very reasonable, parts department had everything I needed, good place to purchase trailers.

Super nice people that i worked with. On short notice they repacked the the wheel bearings before a big trip. They were quick, accurate and the price wasn't too high. I felt confident that I wouldn't have an issue with the work they did after I left. I never had an issue on the road.

I purchased an 18' open car hauler from Travis and the Reid Triple T team. I was on a tight schedule and was nervous about getting the trailer in time for a road trip. Travis said he would have it in time and true to his word, he did.
